Wordpress is EveryWhere

Happy morning guys. Today i have little project from Inspektorat Kabupaten Lebak. The project is changing color of its official website from red to Partai Demokrat's Blue.

So, i search it. Well, i found http://www.demokrat.or.id and made me curious to know what engine used. I press ctrl + u to see its sources. Yes i got it. They use Wordpress 3.9.2.
